(“we,” “us” or “our“) collects, uses and discloses (collectively, “process” or “processing”) personal data of whistleblowers, or any persons who provide information, whether through documents or electronic means, or those who register on any of the websites or applications operated by us or our affiliate to report corruption or any violations of our business ethics (collectively, “whistleblower,” “you” or “your“).
Personal data that we process includes any information that, whether directly or indirectly, identifies a person or relates to an identifiable person, such as the first name and surname, address, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, other contact details, or technical data, such as IP address, cookies, location and the device you are using.
Purposes of the processing of personal data: We collect your personal data to verify any information given by you, request further information about the issues reported by you, assess the existence of the reported issues and credibility of whistleblowers, inform issue statuses (including the processing of your personal data when you forget the password to check your issue status), maintain security, comply with our policies, legal requirements, laws, regulations, notifications or any relevant orders, etc.
Disclosure of personal data: We may disclose your personal data to relevant third parties, including our affiliates in any country worldwide, or any involved persons for the purposes specified above. For third parties or entities in other countries, they will be required to put in place sufficient personal data protection measures or equivalent measures in accordance with Thailand’s personal data protection law.
Retention period: We process and retain your personal data throughout the period in which your reported issue is being handled, and for ten years after the end of your relationship, or for a longer period if permitted by law.
Your rights under the personal data protection law: You have the right to (1) withdraw your consent; (2) request that we delete, destroy or de-identify your personal data; (3) request that we transfer your personal data in a machine-readable format to another data controller; (4) object to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, or request that we suspend our use of such personal data; (5) request access to or a copy of your personal data; (6) request that we rectify your personal data if it is incorrect, incomplete or not updated; and (7) complain to an officer or authority responsible for personal data protection, to the extent provided for by law. When we have fulfilled a certain request from you, we may no longer be able to provide you with certain services, such as recommending products or services per your request.
Minors’ data: If you are a minor (a person below 20 years of age), we process your personal data as described in this policy only for our legitimate purposes, to inform your issue status and to request additional information about the issue reported by you.
